Costume Recycler - trade in your old costumes for Costume Points, then spend them on specific costumes or roll the lucky box for a surprise pull.

Overview
Have a stash of old costumes you'll never wear again? The Costume Recycler takes them off your hands and pays you in Costume Points (a tradeable currency stored on your account, so it follows you across characters).
You can spend those points in two ways:
Direct shop — pick the exact costume you want from a curated list.
Lucky Box — pay a fixed cost for a random pull from a rotating pool of rare costumes. Cheaper per item if you get lucky.
Costume Points are account-bound — they persist across all your characters on the same account.
How it Works
Talk to the Costume Recycler and choose Recycle costumes.
The sell window opens. Pick the costumes you want to trade in. The NPC grades each one and shows the total Costume Points you'd earn.
Confirm the trade — costumes are removed and your Costume Points balance goes up.
Use Spend points - direct shop or Spend points - lucky box to claim rewards.
Different costumes are worth different amounts of points depending on how rare or hard-to-obtain they are. The grading happens automatically when you put items into the trade-in window.

Lucky Box
Roll the dice. 20,000 Costume Points per pull — you get one item from the pool below, weighted toward common drops with a small chance at a rare. We're not showing the percentages on purpose so the surprise stays a surprise.
"Drop rates" can be inspected in-game via the Recycler's lucky-box menu if you want the exact odds before pulling.

Tips
Stack first, spend later. Doing many recycles in one trip is faster than running back and forth.
The Lucky Box loves rares. It's the only place some of the rare costumes show up — the direct shop list is fixed, the box is curated separately.
Account-wide currency. Recycle on your farmer, spend on your main — points belong to the account, not the character.
Color matching. Most direct-shop sets are full-rainbow — pick the color that fits your build's theme.
