The Monthly MVP Ladder Top 1: Costume Box (item 20397) gained 20 new costumes in May 2026. They sit in the same pool as the existing MVP Badge costumes, so each box opens to one of the full lineup — old or new.

How to Earn These

Climb the Monthly MVP Ladder to the Top 1 rank — every MVP kill earns you points (10 per kill solo, divided across party members in groups). At the end of the month, the #1 grinder receives the Monthly MVP Ladder Box: Top 1, which contains the MVP Top 1: Costume Box (20397). Open the box and you get one random costume from the pool — could be one of the new May 2026 additions above, or one of the previously-existing MVP Badge costumes (Rune, Arcane, Might, Melody, Soul, Almighty, MVP Top 1 Wing).
