Skill Balance Adjustments
Sniper
Sharp Shooting: Damage cap of 70,000 in PvP/GvG/BG modes (vs players only)

Item Adjustments
Staff of Ages
High Priest and Priest classes can now equip all Staff of Ages variants:
Staff of Ages (ID: 3150)
Staff of Ages [U] (ID: 19125)
Staff of Ages [G] (ID: 20149)
Uber Shop Improvements with Website Uber Shop integration
Added transaction security to prevent duplicate purchases and data corruption
Implemented purchase locks for safer transactions
Local delivery logging added for recovery in case of web database failures
Uber balance now displayed on login
Pending/processing purchases are now automatically delivered on login
War of Emperium
New Castle Treasure Claim System
Unclaimed treasures are now automatically saved before WoE reset.
Guild Masters can claim stored treasures anytime via the Treasure Keeper NPC
Spawns actual treasure boxes to preserve gameplay experience

Double Strafe: +50% damage boost

Complete overhaul of the Taekwon kick system
All Taekwon can now chain kicks (not just rankers)
Removed aftercast delay from kick skills for smoother combat
Reduced visual spam on stance skills during combat

Flying Kick: +120%
Counter Kick: +100%
Power: +100%
Item Fix: Ancient Celestial Chronicles (and [U]/[G] variants) can now be equipped by Taekwon class

New tiered HP/SP multiplier based on rank position:
Rank 1-2: 3x HP/SP
Rank 3-4: 2.5x HP/SP
Rank 5-6: 2x HP/SP
Rank 7+: 1x HP/SP
Card Adjustments
Kiel Card
Changed to 1 card = 25% after-cast delay reduction
Maximum 2 cards allowed (50% total)
No longer has diminishing returns
Quest & Economy Changes
Christmas Special Costume Quest - Can now be redone yearly (resets each Christmas season)
Event Grab Bag Quest - Now requires 4 Platinum Coins instead of 4 Mithril Coins
Card Whisperer NPC - Requirements changed from 10 Mithril Coins + 5B zeny to 10 Gold Coins + 500M zeny
Uber Exchange - Testing 1-day exchange window for the Wandering Trader unless it is spawned by a_lexis
New Features
Wandering Trader Uber Coin Exchange
Dynamic NPC that spawns randomly across multiple maps
Price fluctuates between 1.5B-3B, with 1% chance of 4B jackpot
Announces possible locations - players must search to find the NPC
Daily trade limits per account
Level requirements: Base 255, Job 120
Donation Shop Enhancement (Work in Progress and needs further testing)
Can now purchase from in-game OR website (Website shop not working for retro yet)
Improved interface and navigation
RagnaSync Integration
Character visual sync for external tools
Automatic sync on login and character updates
Technical Fixes
Fixed timer ID mismatch errors in Discord interface
