Skill Balance Adjustments

Gunslinger

• Rapid Shower: Improved damage and reduced cooldown

• Desperado: Improved damage and reduced cooldown

Assassin Cross

• Meteor Assault: Improved damage (expanded to all maps), reduced cast time and cooldown

• Soul Breaker: Improved damage vs players, expanded to all maps

• Sonic Blow: Reduced cast time and cooldown

Creator

• Acid Demonstration: Reverted to pre-December 2025 settings

Champion

• Investigate: PvP/GvG/BG damage cap increased

Seasonal Events

• Luck of the Irish Event - Multi-phase Irish festival quest with costume rewards, beer brewing, and the exclusive St. Patrick's Emerald Charm (green name + green aura)

Lunar New Year 2026 Improvements

• Nian Beast world boss now spawns every hour (was only 14:00 and 20:00)

• Added 30-minute despawn timer with retreat announcement if beasts are not killed

• Kill announcements now show progress counter (e.g., "2/3 slain")

• Fixed total kills display (was always showing 0)

• Added World Boss Kill Leaderboard NPC showing top 20 hunters

• Top contributors display expanded from top 10 to top 100

Endless Cellar & ChallengeMode Revamp

• Fixed floors appearing stuck with remaining mobs that didn't exist

• Fixed duplicate monster spawn on Floor 69

• Various ChallengeMode bug fixes and improvements

Guild Flag Rental System

• New Guild Quartermaster NPC located in Eden Group (moc_para01 12, 25) — use @warp moc_para01 12 25

• Recognized guild members can claim exclusive guild flag costume rentals

• Rental items last 30 days and can be re-claimed after the rental expires

• Players can only have one guild rental item active at a time

• Available guild flags:

  • [C] Guild Flag of Gantz (32018) - Costume Garment

  • [C] Guild Flag of Buddha (32019) - Costume Garment

Bug Fixes

• Fixed RODEX mail claiming failing after 2 claims without relog (incorrect item weight lookup)

• Fixed Macro Checker dialog lockup caused by two macro systems firing simultaneously during sleep2 reward windows

• Fixed KitsuneMask quest item check logic (changed || to && so quest correctly requires both Nine Tails AND Golden Event Apples)

Quality of Life

• All item descriptions now display the Item ID at the bottom, making it easier to look up items

Technical Improvements

• MAX_QUEST_TRACK increased from 32 to 64 to prevent quest slot exhaustion

• Lunar New Year buff item quest extended until June

Skill Balance Adjustments

Sniper

• Sharp Shooting: Damage cap of 70,000 in PvP/GvG/BG modes (vs players only)

Clown / Gypsy

• Arrow Vulcan Boosted: damage vs Players, Player vs Mobs/Bosses

Item Adjustments

Staff of Ages

High Priest and Priest classes can now equip all Staff of Ages variants:

• Staff of Ages (ID: 3150)

• Staff of Ages [U] (ID: 19125)

• Staff of Ages [G] (ID: 20149)

Uber Shop Improvements with Website Uber Shop integration

• Added transaction security to prevent duplicate purchases and data corruption

• Implemented purchase locks for safer transactions

• Local delivery logging added for recovery in case of web database failures

• Uber balance now displayed on login

• Pending/processing purchases are now automatically delivered on login

Zeny Ubers Currency System

• New in-game earned currency alongside Donate Ubers

• Redeem Uber Coins in-game to earn Zeny Ubers

• Hybrid purchase system: Zeny Ubers are prioritized before Donate Ubers

• Balance display shows separate Donate Uber, Zeny Uber, and Total balances

• Enhanced purchase feedback with currency breakdown

Uber Shop Custom Quantity Purchases

• Uber Coins, Gem of Costume, and select items now support bulk purchasing

• Input desired quantity (1-1000) at purchase time

• Total cost is automatically calculated

War of Emperium

• New Castle Treasure Claim System (Temporarily Disabled - Under Maintenance)

Treasure Keeper - Prontera (142, 180)

• Unclaimed treasures are now automatically saved before WoE reset.

• Guild Masters can claim stored treasures anytime via the Treasure Keeper NPC

• Spawns actual treasure boxes to preserve gameplay experience

• Tracks complete claim history

• This system is temporarily disabled due to issues and is being fixed. Castle loot continues to work as normal — talk to the NPC in each respective castle to claim your treasures. Further notices will be provided once it is working.

• Guild Max Castles increased from 5 to 7 — When a guild owns castles equal to the cap, all hits on the Emperium will miss, preventing them from claiming additional castles. The cap has been adjusted from 5 to 7 to match the current schedule of 5 WoE + 1 official KoE per week.

Seasonal Events

• Lunar New Year 2026 - Year of the Horse community contribution event with World Boss milestones, PvM activities, and PvP daily quests (Feb 1 - Mar 13)

• Valentine's Day 2026 - Cupid Scarf costumes in 7 colors and sweet Valentine consumables

• Seasonal Quest Staff updated with February Cupid Scarf collection

New GM Event Reward Packages

Three new Event Reward Packages have been added:

• Package 6: 5x Gashapon Premium Coin - Currency for the Premium Gashapon

• Package 7: 1x Godly Lootbox - Contains Uber Coins, Seals, and more (Daily limit: 5)

• Package 8: 1x Elite Lootbox - Contains Seals and Rookie Badges (Daily limit: 6)

Bug Fixes

• Removed renewal Warlock skills (Jack Frost, Hell Inferno) from custom dragons - these caused "Unknown skill" warnings in pre-renewal

• Christmas seasonal quests disabled until next holiday season

• Fixed script syntax errors in event logging system

• Various database fixes

Technical Improvements

• Moved main host from Germany to Singapore

• Added Hyperdrive to accommodate Latin America and America's player

• Optimized build workflows with ccache for faster rebuilds

• Added concurrency control and timeout handling

• RagnaSync integration updates

• Sharp Shooting: +90% damage boost, range increased to 14

• Double Strafe: +50% damage boost

Lord Knight

• Head Crush: +180%

• Spear Boomerang: +150%

• Spiral Pierce: +140%

• Bowling Bash: +200%

• Bash: +200%

• Brandish Spear: +35%

Ninja

• Spear of Ice: +70%

• Lightning Strike: +70%

Blacksmith / Whitesmith

• Tomahawk: +50% damage, range increased to 14

• Mammonite: Zeny cost reduced, damage boosted +20%

Clown / Gypsy

• Arrow Vulcan: +120%

Taekwon / Star Gladiator

• Complete overhaul of the Taekwon kick system

• All Taekwon can now chain kicks (not just rankers)

• Removed aftercast delay from kick skills for smoother combat

• Reduced visual spam on stance skills during combat

• Roundhouse: +130%

• Tornado Kick: +110%

• Heel Drop: +120%

• Flying Kick: +120%

• Counter Kick: +100%

• Power: +100%

• Item Fix: Ancient Celestial Chronicles (and [U]/[G] variants) can now be equipped by Taekwon class

Taekwon Ranker System

• New tiered HP/SP multiplier based on rank position:

  • Rank 1-2: 3x HP/SP

  • Rank 3-4: 2.5x HP/SP

  • Rank 5-6: 2x HP/SP

  • Rank 7+: 1x HP/SP

Card Adjustments

Kiel Card

• Changed to 1 card = 25% after-cast delay reduction

• Maximum 2 cards allowed (50% total)

• No longer has diminishing returns

Quest & Economy Changes

1. Christmas Special Costume Quest - Can now be redone yearly (resets each Christmas season)

2. Event Grab Bag Quest - Now requires 4 Platinum Coins instead of 4 Mithril Coins

3. Card Whisperer NPC - Requirements changed from 10 Mithril Coins + 5B zeny to 10 Gold Coins + 500M zeny

4. Uber Exchange - Testing 1-day exchange window for the Wandering Trader unless it is spawned by a_lexis

New Features

1. Wandering Trader Uber Coin Exchange

   • Dynamic NPC that spawns randomly across multiple maps

   • Price fluctuates between 1.5B-3B, with 1% chance of 4B jackpot

   • Announces possible locations - players must search to find the NPC

   • Daily trade limits per account

   • Level requirements: Base 255, Job 120

2. Donation Shop Enhancement (Work in Progress and needs further testing)

   • Can now purchase from in-game OR website (Website shop not working for retro yet)

   • Improved interface and navigation

3. RagnaSync Integration

   • Character visual sync for external tools

   • Automatic sync on login and character updates

Technical Fixes

• Fixed timer ID mismatch errors in Discord interface

• Castle loot respawn fixed for server restarts

• WoE timer improvements

• Igris Costume Quest Phase 2 stuck issue fixed

• Various NPC script optimizations
