A band of **Heart Hunters** has set up camp in the **Veins canyons**. They carry crimson shards, and their Elites carry whole Heartstones. Bring those back to the **Heart Hunter Quartermaster** in Morroc Paradise together with a few coins and dyes, and he forges you an **Aura of Strong**, a **Lightning of Strong** or a **Kasugai Crow**.

## The Hunt Items
| Item | Where it drops |
| -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Hunter's Heart Shard** (32802) | Heart Hunters 15%, Heart Hunter Guards 2 rolls of about 50%, Heart Hunter Elites 2 sure drops plus a 50% roll |
| **Crimson Heartstone** (32803) | Heart Hunter Elites: 1 sure (MVP reward) plus a 50% roll; Heart Hunter Guards 1.5% |
{% hint style="warning" %}
Both hunt items are **account bound**: you cannot trade, vend, mail or put them in guild storage. Everyone farms their own, so nobody can buy their way past the hunt. The costumes you trade them for are **account bound** too.

## The Monsters
| Monster | Level | HP | Element | What to expect |
| :---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------: | :---: | :-------: | :-----: | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
|
Heart Hunter
| 150 | 380,000 | Dark 2 | Fast demi-human with Sonic Blow and Critical Slash. Comes in packs. |
|
Heart Hunter Guard
| 160 | 1,500,000 | Dark 3 | Boss-type guard. Sonic Blow, Critical Slash and Dark Strike while it chases you. |
|
Heart Hunter Elite
| 170 | 9,500,000 | Dark 4 | The MVP. Calls Guards to its side once the fight starts (the Guards it calls drop nothing), casts **Hell Judgement**, **Grand Darkness** and **Dark Breath**, shakes the ground with **Earthquake** below 70% HP, stuns and wounds with its blades, and powers up when it gets low. |
**Other loot:** Heart Hunters also drop Oridecon, Elunium, Ethereal Dyestuff and Old Violet Boxes; Guards drop Old Violet Boxes; Elites drop Ethereal Dyestuff, Old Violet Boxes and the occasional MVP Soul.

## Where to Find Them
**Veins Field 6** (`ve_fild06`) is their camp: **30 Heart Hunters** and **3 Guards** live there all the time, and a **Heart Hunter Elite** guards it as a field boss. When the Elite falls it comes back **60 to 90 minutes** later.
**Raids, six times a day.** At **01:30, 05:30, 09:30, 13:30, 17:30 and 21:30** (server time, `@servertime`) a Heart Hunter Elite and **8 Heart Hunters** break loose on **each** of `ve_fild02`, `ve_fild03` and `ve_fild04`. The `#events` channel warns you 15 seconds before they arrive and names whoever brings an Elite down.
{% hint style="success" %}
**Pro tip:** be in the Veins canyons a minute before a raid. Three Elites at once means three Heartstones from the MVP rewards alone, and the raid Hunters drop Shards like the ones in the camp.

## Heart Hunter Quartermaster
Talk to the Quartermaster in **Morroc Paradise (40, 185)** - `@warp moc_para01 40 185` - and pick one of his three lists. One reward per trade; everything in the cell is used up.

### Kasugai Crows
The crows are a smaller recipe, but each one needs a **\[C] Crow** of the matching colour. The Crows come from the [Devil Square](/content/pve-content/events.md#devil-square) costume roll (10% per clear).
